"When I needed answers, Willow was there to help me. She explained that my insurance had jumped $900/year because I moved to another state, AZ. State Farm's tenure, time with them, doesn't carry over into another state. After 50 years I am treated as a new client who had an accident 1.5 years ago not an old client whose accident is forgiven if I don't have another one in 3 years. She also answered other questions after contacting the appropriate departments. If you need help Willow is the right person. I'm sorry she will no longer be able to help me since I had to change insurance companies to get an acceptable premium."
